If walkability is your priority, you really can't beat the inner city neighborhoods like Kensington, Beltline, or Mission. Everything you need is within walking distance.

Just a heads up about Rangeview - the new development is bringing in a lot of traffic. Still a great area but something to consider if you're on the main roads.

Thoughts?

Hmm, I'm not so sure about that. the Calgary Zoo in winter is actually beautiful. Less crowded, the animals are more active in the cold, and the Zoolights are magical.
