Condo owners in Calgary - just be careful with special assessments. Read the reserve fund study before buying. Learned that lesson the hard way.
Found some great listings on CalgaryFinder when we were looking. Worth checking out alongside Kijiji and FB Marketplace. |

Pro tip: a lot of the best restaurants in Calgary offer cheaper menus during Stampede week. Counter-intuitive but the locals know to eat out during that week.
Good luck! |

My recommendation: spend a weekend in Scenic Acres before buying. Walk around, check out the local shops, talk to people. You'll get a feel for whether it's your vibe pretty quickly.
Springbank Hill is a great choice! We've been here for 15 years. The walkability is good, tons of local shops, and the community association is really active. Anyone else have a similar experience? |
