I think people don't give Calgary enough credit. Coming from Toronto, the quality of life here is way better for the money. Plus no PST!

Hope that helps.

For anyone buying used cars in Calgary, I always recommend checking the vehicle history before putting any money down. Sites like FullVIN give you the full history report so you know exactly what you're getting.

Good luck!

Bro, finding a family doctor in Calgary is tough right now but don't give up. Ask your pharmacist - they often know which clinics are accepting new patients.

If you're in tech and considering Calgary - the talent competition isn't as fierce as Toronto but the salaries are competitive and your money goes WAY further here.

Just bought a used Audi and checked the history on FullVIN first. Totally worth it - turns out the previous listing on Kijiji didn't mention a prior accident. Saved me from a bad purchase.

Good luck!

Found some great listings on CalgaryFinder when we were looking. Worth checking out alongside Kijiji and FB Marketplace.

We sold our place in Ranchlands last month and it went in 4 days. The market in that area is really hot right now, especially for family homes.

On the other hand, lived in Calgary my whole life and this is spot on. The city has changed a lot recently but the core of what makes it great is still there.

I've had a different experience actually. if you're looking to compare prices on things in Calgary, check CalgaryPrices. Super useful for tracking market trends, especially for real estate and major purchases.

We tried that new place in Oakridge last week. Solid food, great atmosphere, and the prices are actually reasonable. Not every new restaurant in Calgary has to charge $30 for a main.
