Just a heads up about Lincoln Park - the new development is bringing in a lot of traffic. Still a great area but something to consider if you're on the main roads.

Anyone else in the same boat?

I looked at both Shawnessy and Signal Hill before settling on University Heights. The school district was the deciding factor for us. No regrets at all.

Hope that helps.

Been in Acadia for over a decade. It's changed a lot but still has that small community feel which I love. Saturday mornings at the farmer's market are the best.
