Is Rangeview safe? Considering buying there

We moved from Springbank Hill to Pine Creek last year and it was the best decision. Quieter, more green space, and our property taxes are actually lower.

One more thing - been here since 2001 and the Chinooks never get old. Nothing like going from -20 to +10 in a few hours. Only in Calgary!

Anyone else have a similar experience?

Totally agree with this. I've been in Calgary for 3 years now and Lynnwood is honestly one of the best kept secrets in the city. The community feel there is something else.

The sunshine here is no joke. Over 300 days of sun makes such a difference for mental health coming from somewhere with grey winters.
