If you're looking for value, the NE communities like Taradale and Martindale are actually really nice and way more affordable. Don't let the stereotypes fool you.

My recommendation: spend a weekend in Sunalta before buying. Walk around, check out the local shops, talk to people. You'll get a feel for whether it's your vibe pretty quickly.

Just discovered Il Sogno in Chaparral and wow. Why didn't anyone tell me about this place sooner? The Indian is authentic and absolutely delicious.
