With kids, just a heads up about Hawkwood - the new development is bringing in a lot of traffic. Still a great area but something to consider if you're on the main roads.
Been checking out the new developments in Evanston and the quality of the builds is actually impressive. Calgary builders seem to be stepping up their game.
