Rogers Interestingly enough, my iphone 4S is not letting me..

Ok so i reformatted my Hard drive and now itunes wont link to my iphone 4s. Says pairing record not found. Itunes recognizes the iphone 4s, but i can't add music or anything to my iphone or take anything out. Anyone have had this problem and can get around it?
