Default Switch to new plans, what happens to my credits?
I currently have 3 lines on a family plan. I want to switch to one of the Share Ready plans. Will I lose the credits I have on each line? I spoke with a CSR and they said that some credits have certain criteria and are not transferrable but others might be. They also said that they wouldn't...
