Moto X missing calls, going straight to VM

Anyone else have this issue? Just got a Moto X on Rogers in Ottawa. Center of city with solid reception on all past phones. HTC One, Samsung s3, Razr, iPhone 4s,4 etc etc. GF called me last night from downstairs, it went straight to VM. I wasn't doing anything, phone was sitting beside me. ...
