Default data/voice cross province (within canada)
my parents are going to Vancouver,BC to visit some family and they are concerned about using their phone from the information I remember if they use their Toronto phone and call local Vancouver numbers while in Vancouver you would just be using your minutes regularly. And if they were to call...
