Default Crediting data roaming fees
Just wondering what everyone's experience/luck is with getting data roaming fees credits back by Rogers and what the typical path is (i.e. just CSR, manager?)? My wife was traveling to the US and turned data roaming on (she thought it would help access a wifi hotspot), as a result, she ended up...
