Post Calgary police officer demoted after rifle stolen from personal vehicle
When a police-issued C8 rifle was stolen from the personal vehicle of Cst. Stephen Baker, he was already under investigation for negligence and has recently been demoted after pleading guilty to misconduct, CBC News has learned.
