Install Question

Hello,

I will be getting Fiber 150/150 and Optik Tv installed in a new building in a couple days and have a place where I would like to set up my tv. I've read that the 4k PVR isn't compatable with coax (like the non 4k ones were). Behind the tv, there will be an ethernet jack and a coax one in the wall. Now the problem I have is that I would like to be able to use ethernet for the xbox as well, and with the PVR having no coax (I believe?) what would be my best option to have the xbox hardwired along side the PVR? Will the installers have a solution? The apartment is prewired so I'm assuming (and would like) the modem/router goes into the white box in the closet. I am trying to have everything plugged directly in to take advantage of the Fiber internet!
