IPV6015 PVR Receiver

I'm having problems with the 6015 Receiver: When changing channels the picture pauses and sometimes does pixeling while watching TV. I have called & spoke to a rep from Telus regarding this issue. He rebooting our whole system & got me to check the HDMI cable, but still continues with these issues. I've been informed by a reliable source that there is another receiver available now, ISB7150 with a much better processor to prevent the pausing and pixels.
