Calgary man told undercover cop he killed wife and hid body in basement, trial hears

In order to trick his mother-in-law into thinking her daughter was still alive, Allan Shyback told an undercover officer he spliced together old recordings of Lisa Mitchell's voice and left it as a voicemail for her mother. That bizarre sounding recording was played as evidence in Shyback's second-degree murder trial which began in Calgary on Tuesday.
