Default Roaming Charges when Data Roaming setting was disable?
For the past 2 billing my wife and I had very small roaming charges for our trip to buffalo with our S3. Under the network setting, Data Roaming is disable. I had to call into Rogers both time and they reversed the charges but this is getting ignoring that I have to do this. Rogers tech is...
