Price plan not eligible error?
So, a week ago, I called in to 611 to report that my phone is lost and that my sim card needs to be disabled. I called in today to get a new sim activated on my account and the rep tells me that I can't activate the sim because he's getting a "price plan not eligible" error and that I have to call...
