IPAD Data Plan with Rogers

I never seem to be able to access myrogers due to website issues and would like to know if I can go to a local Rogers dealer to cancel my ipad data service. It could be done at one time right on the ipad but since that changed from pay in advance to postpaid this option no longer works from ghe...
