Loyalty customers denied all ability to upgrade device at discount through Rogers
So I was thinking since I can't get a new device at a discount AND keep my loyalty plan, maybe Rogers has a used or refurbished device they can sell at a discount. So I called and their program is called Out of Warranty program. The rep checks the system and I'm ineligible even for that. It...
