Simple call forward to U.S...or so it seems....advice for using two phones

For the next few months I will be splitting my time between the United States and Canada about 50/50. I have a Rogers Samsung GII LTE and an AT&T BlackBerry Torch 9810. I only want to carry my U.S. phone in the U.S. and my Canadian phone in Canada. I just found out Rogers doesn't allow call...
