How would you rate Rogers customers service?
From your experiences with their customer service overall (billing, retention, technical, sales, etc) How would you rate them? I think overall, I would give them a 4/10 that if only the new entrants work with iPhones and iPads, I would not care of paying them a cancellation fee just to get out...
