What are the LTE data plan options?

I tried but on Rogers.com but that site is useless and I can't find anything. So what are all the different LTE data plan options? (data add-ons for a phone) Or I heard a rumour that you will get LTE speeds with just a LTE device and LTE SIM. Thats not correct is it?
