ROGERS prepaid cash in by conversion to postpaid
Hello, as march 2012, Have a ROGERS prepaid account with $100 on it and not being used anymore. Is there a way to cash out? e.g. convert to post-paid, cancel immediately and get a refund for the negative balance? i found that some people transfer to Petro canada mobile for cash in after. ...
