Rogers and WP8 phones

Is it just me or rogers fumbled the ball on this launch? No advertisement. No released statement. In store employees have no clue. Social media have the work around answers. For example, "we will have more info in the next few weeks" Thanks Rogers. I have defended you for the last time.
