What are the best or most effective nootropics or smart drugs?

Everyone responds differently to nootropics and what people are looking for, what they're trying to correct or improve is also different. Looks here what I mean. Very nice focus and energy boost but prohibitively expensive. Some suppliers carry pharmaceutical grade nootropics way cheaper so I currently stick with piracetam powder.
