Default Contract will expire, phone is paid for;

My Samsung Rugby will be paid for next month when the contract expires. I have no 'smart' phone. Telus emailed an upgrade offer to me, but my only interest now is having my bill reduced. Will they reduce my bill by the amount of the phone-subsidy reduction, or will I have to negotiate? I really...
