Tunein Radio (android) on Rogers 3g - is wma streaming being blocked?

so, Something is going on, and I can't tell if the carrier is filtering crap out or if it is the phone. I am running stock with the latest rom from good. I am on rogers TuneIn Pro On 3g stations that stream on WMA protocol won't work. (used to work ) On Wifi all stations mp3 or wma work.
