Does this qualify to void my contract with Rogers......?
I am completely fed up with Rogers and trying to find ways to end my contract early. In Manitoba (and other provinces) the law states that if the provider unilaterally changes a material aspect of the contract, that the customer can end the contract early with no cancellation fees. On my July...
