Tracking usage mid month (device vs rogers)

I just switched to a rogers corporate account through my work a few months ago and I find the usage to be very different depending on where I am looking. I installed 2 data tracking apps on my phone to keep track of my usage. At the end of the month (Jan-Feb) the apps showed 2.3GB used. My usage...
