Switching from Rogers to Bell....Porting Number
I am moving to a location where there is no Rogers cell coverage, so I talked to a CSR at Rogers and they said they will waive the ECF (1.5 years into a 3 year contract). Now I want to keep the same phone number because I'll only be living in this new location 1 year and then I'll be coming back to...
