Will a phone with these frequencies be able to use 3G on Rogers/Fido?

The phone that I want to buy is unlocked and has the following frequency rangers. Will it work with 3G internet on Rogers/Fido? 2G Network : GSM GPRS EDGE 850, 900, 1800, 1900 MHz 3G Network : UMTS HSDPA UMTS 800, 850, 2100 MHz 4G Network : LTE 800, 1500, 1800, 2100 Mhz Thanks in advance!
