Negotiating A Reduced Early Upgrade Fee?
Hi everyone, Does anyone here have any experience with regards to negotiating a reduced early upgrade fee? I ask because my current phone, a Samsung Galaxy S, is suffering from a number of issues (battery won't hold a charge, random restarts, screen won't turn on, apps crashing, etc.). ...
