Cannot back-up Contacts via iTunes or iCloud
4s IOS 9 Recently changed my sim from Contract to PAUG, as a result I cannot use imessage as the old phone number is still on the phone and it tries to search for it. Been told I to factory reset the phone start fresh with new PAUG sim. But no matter I do, it will not back-up or cannot see my...
