Can I unlock my Rogers Samsung 2 Galaxy LTE and use a UK sim card?

Hi Just wondering if I can unlock my Rogers Samsung 2 Galaxy LTE and use a UK sim card while visiting in the UK? Or are there network incompatibility issues. Their LTE / 4G is new, they call it EE (Everything Everywhere). Thanks
