LTE Bands in NWT

Hello, I'm a bit confused about the 700mhz LTE bands in NWT. I'm looking at setting up a smart hub device and am wondering which bands would be required for maximum throughput. The nearby tower supports 700mhz and 850mhz. Not sure if this info is useful: Bell transceivers at N61.8053...
