Question about rogers warranties

When you buy a phone from rogers, does it come with any warranty? What about if you buy a new rogers phone, privately from someone who doesn't need their new upgraded phone? I recently bought a Lumia 920 (rogers version) from someone privately, I didn't get the receipt or anything. It is now...
