I have been trying to send an email or live chat for some customer support and neither option is currently working on my phone. I would try to use my computer but my internet and tv are not working. I have already contacted customer service via phone call and they have informed me the mistake was on their end. I am not satisfied with the service and I am even more frustrated that I had to sign up to use your forum just to get in touch with someone without waiting on hold for 30 minutes! Please contact me via email if possible.
