Newly installed PureFibre but sporadically experiencing extremely slow internet

I recently (within the last week) got Telus FureFibre Internet 150/150 installed but I have super sporadic internet speeds regardless of location. As in, I could be sitting in the exact same spot (approx. 20ft from modem on the same floor). Both my laptop & phone will get 180 mbps and 5 minutes later, get 3mbps. Either that, or my phone will get 180mbps while my laptop gets 10 mbps. Keep in mind I have not moved at all when running these tests. I tried on both Telus tests and third-party tests just to make sure.

Please help! I've been struggling with poor internet for ages remote VPNing into work and specifically upgraded to this Telus plan to fix it.
