New Home Internet Modem Upgrade From T3200M

Is this a new modem that can replace the T3200M on internet 75 that isn't yet on the fiber network, or is this just an access point? Looking at the photos it looks to be a modem that works like the T3200M.

If so, can it support bridge mode on port one like the T3200M can and or have the entire modem in bridge mode?

Can it be self installed if we have Optik TV on the older 4K boxes?
