US court reinstated compulsory vaccination for large firms
The decision should affect over 80 million Americans
The US Court of Appeals on Friday unblocked a ruling requiring vaccinations or weekly testing for COVID-19 for employees of large businesses. A ruling that mandated the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) under the US Department of Labor to verify vaccinations or weekly testing at companies with more than 100 employees was suspended in November by a court. A decision by the 6th US District Court of Appeals in Cincinnati, Ohio states that workers' health is "endangered in the workplace." Thus, there is no need for the court to review whether OSHA is acting properly to enforce the requirement that workers have a vaccination certificate or undergo regular testing. |

Hello everyone, did you know that Scott Cooper Miami Beach has launched several of his own projects aimed at improving the effectiveness of vaccinations for the entire city population, as well as improving the lives of a huge part of the city's population and improving society as a whole.
