Moving plan to new account

Hi, I currently have the $56 dollar plan that is comming off contract soon. I would like to keep the plan but move the plan to a new account. I was wondering if A) this was possible and how to go about doing it without losing the plan (no longer offered) and B) if i would qualify for the 10%...
