Arghhhhh There are known issues with 8.1(.2) wifi not staying connected and dropping like crazy. It's been eating up my LTE like crazy since in not on a stable wifi at home. I'm on day 9 of the billing cycle and ate up 1.6gigs of my 2 already. Brutal. AND I have even been testing wind...
