Fido Fido bill credits from third party retailers - How long does it take to show up?

Just wondering. How long does it usually take for the bill credits you get from third party wireless shops to get applied? The reason I ask is because back in December I got a bill credit for $150 for signing onto another 2 year Smart Plan contract with a free Nexus 5, on my existing $56 plan...
