WTF. HELP. Over 19000 text messages in a month?

I only send between 1 and 2 hundred text per month and most are iMessage which don't count as text. My statement and my Rogers is reporting 19000 sent text. Rogers CSR can't get to the information because their system keep crashing under the volume. Just wondering if anyone has ever seen this. ...
