LTE not working on Rogers Pay As You Go

I wanted to see if I got a different LTE signal at home with Rogers, so I went out and bought a prepaid micro LTE SIM and added the $10/100MB data add on. After speaking with about 5 Rogers reps, 2 of them confirmed that LTE worked on prepaid (I specifically asked this) but nobody could figure...
