fido to wind port - help! need advice, ecf and unlock

Im tired of Fido, ready to switch to wind, looking for advice and help on the best way to do it please! My current situation: $70 (tax incl) voice/data plan Fido locked iphone 4 3yr contract expires sept 30 2013
