Cat Ethernet cable for 1GiG

What Ethernet cable should I use for Telus pure fibre 1GiG. I was thinking of getting a Cat 8 because people recommended me that since it has higher bandwidth it’s better(2Ghz)
but also it’s too over kill for some people. I just want an honest answer I need a low latency and a fast Ethernet cable approximately 25ft long, because I want to take full advantage of my internet and want low latency. Please let me know which one I should get and if its compatible, because I heard some Ethernet cables are not compatible.
