Can i have Telus pure fibre router installed on 2nd floor

I live in a Front Garage house and I booked an appointment for installation for my 1Gbps Telus pure fibre and I was considering having the router installed on the second floor is that possible, also does the technician need a coax outlet aside from the Ethernet outlet and plug outlet to install the router. I have my entertainment centre upstairs so therefore wanted everything setup upstairs so I can connect Ethernet cable to my pc. Please let me know so I know!
