Move to a different Province and plan/contract changes - help please
Hey there..
Having an issue now that I have moved from Manitoba to Alberta. I am trying to change my number to a 403 area code and they are unable to do so without changing my plan because the one I signed up for with my contract is not available here in Alberta, the issue with this is I will be losing "MY 5". I was wondering if because of this, there would be a way to cancel my contract without the fees to follow. I signed up for this contract in 2011 and I am under the old "cancellation rules" I believe. Any help would be great as I would love to make the change over to Bell. |

welcome to Calgary -
and to the forums bell has service here i m not sure why they are being lazy- if you do choose ot cancel tell them you moved out of the service area which you did - and they can not charge you a cancellation Fee. if they do report to the CCTS |
